Daphne Mae Café is named after my great grandmother, Daphne Mae! She was a remarkable woman spending most of her life in Halstead and leaving a lasting impact on her family and community.

Our café is housed in a beautifully restored building that was once the Old Hardware Store in downtown Halstead, Kansas. The space retains much of its original charm, blending historic character with modern comforts to create a unique dining experience.
